Tendinopathies

Concussion is a type of traumatic brain injury resulting of decelerating force to the brain that results in neurochemical changes that can lead to physical, cognitive, and emotional changes as well as sleep difficulty which may often go unnoticed or intentionally unreported.

Neuropathies

Nerve entrapment is common, with the most common being entrapment of the median nerve, known as carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). Various other nerves can become entrapped in surrounding tissues as well.

Dr. Thomas, owner of Thomas Sports and Regenerative Orthopedics (TSARO), is a Harvard-trained orthopedic interventionist fellowship trained in Sports Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, and Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography with additional fellowship experience and specialization in ultra minimally-invasive hand surgery at Boston Sports and Biologics, stem-cell harvesting techniques at the Harvard Dana Farber Cancer Institute and interventional pain procedures at Harvard Boston Children’s Hospital.
